Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadRescue. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Service: LeadRescue provides inbound lead response, qualification, and scheduling tools for home-service businesses.

Acceptable use: you must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to message the contacts you send into LeadRescue. You are responsible for the content of the messages you configure.

Billing: plans are billed monthly. A 14-day pilot is available. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

No warranty: the service is provided on an “as is” basis. LeadRescue does not provide HVAC diagnostics or licensed technician services.
