Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LeadRescue collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the LeadRescue website and dashboard.

What we collect: contact details submitted through lead forms and the interactive demo (name, phone, email), the messages exchanged in a conversation, and business account information.

How we use it: to respond to inquiries on behalf of the business that received the lead, qualify jobs, schedule appointments, and provide the dashboard and analytics to that business.

Sharing: lead data is only visible to the business that received the lead. We rely on service providers including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email notifications), and Sentry (error monitoring), and — where a business enables them — Twilio (SMS), Anthropic (AI features), and Stripe (billing). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

Retention & deletion: a business can request export or deletion of its data at any time.
